A 10% deposit is required upon booking. The balance of payment is due upon arrival. Stays of 30 days or longer, are billed on 30 day billing periods in advance. Cancellation: For stays less than 30 nights, we require 7 days notice to cancel or shorten your stay without penalty. For cancellations received with less than 7 days notice a 3-day penalty charge will be applied. For stays more than 30 nights, we require 7 days notice to cancel or shorten your stay without penalty. For cancellations received with less than 15 days notice a 15-day penalty charge will be applied.
