There are several publications, print and online, that can help you to prepare for an interview. Many websites can help you to work through and prepare for the interview process. However, a more useful approach would be to get tips andpractice your interview techniques before you go to an interview. Some interviews involve just you and one person from the company.

At other times, you might be interviewed by a group of people. Depending on the nature of the job, you might be asked to prepare some work before your interview, or demonstrate a skill during the interview. Interviews can be very informal, just a conversation between you and the interviewer. At other times, they can be very formal, with a very specific format where all people being interviewed are asked the same questions.
